Research: The Future of Creators and Brands in the Virtual Worlds

The Global Network of virtual worlds, also known as the Metaverse, is a hot topic for innovative brands, although it has yet to be created. Many marketers think it’s only about games. Well, it’s only partially true. Roblox, Minecraft, and Decentraland are just the beginning.

Some people see it like this…

To cite Matthew Bell:

The Metaverse is a massively scaled and interoperable network of real-time rendered 3D virtual worlds which can be experienced synchronously and persistently by an effectively unlimited number of users with an individual sense of presence, and with continuity of data, such as identity, history, entitlements, objects, communications, and payments.

The Global Network of virtual worlds will have a dedicated space for every niche and community. Because of that, decentralised content creators will wield the power of attracting their audience into their private metaspaces. Metaspaces like these will create whole metaworlds, and assets from independent creators will be available across the platform.

What is your opinion about it?

The Global Network of virtual worlds is still an enigma. That’s why we decided to conduct research among:

  • Brand/Marketing Agencies Representatives
  • Gamers
  • Game Creators/Developers
  • Digital Creators and Influencers

Why are we doing it?

We want to create a tool/solution to help creators and brands grow in the Global Network of virtual worlds. We want to discover how brands, creators and users perceive the Global Network of the concept of a virtual world.

It should take up to 15 minutes. No individual results will be published. We appreciate the participants’ efforts and will reward the most creative responses. The prizes: 3 x EUR 100 and 4 x EUR 50 Amazon Gift Cards

Read the contest’s Terms & Conditions.

Brand representatives will also receive a report with key findings from the research.
