Meet your Team:

Junior Gaming Creative Specialist will be a part of the Campaign Creative team together with Creative Specialist and Motion Designer. Your direct manager will be Jakub Chilimończyk. Every day, you will have a chance to work with the Sales & Account Management team in order to prove to clients that inStreamly is the leader and expert in the industry. You will learn how the creative and startup industry works.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Creating activation ideas for gaming 360 campaigns. Including especially in-game and live-streaming (inStreamly) campaigns.
  • Creating scripts for visually appealing animations that answer clients needs
  • Pitching creative ideas in front of clients.
  • Working closely with a motion designer, project manager, and our product team in order to make your ideas come to life.
  • Staying up to date with the latest gaming trends, streaming technologies, and creative tools to ensure our campaigns are innovative and impactful.
  • Constantly looking for non-standard solutions that may be used during campaigns.

We would like you to have:

  • Some experience in marketing, content creation, from from concept through copywriting to clear pitch. Can be from work but also personal, student or NGOs work.
  • Passion for marketing - you don’t stop learning and thinking about ways to do it right
  • Passion for gaming, streaming and new technologies. We want you to have fun and make great ideas come to life.
  • Most important: Eagerness to learn and improve quickly. To put it bluntly: we will drop you into the deep end and it will be challenging. But we promise we will help you make progress fast.
  • Willingness to present your ideas to clients. Presentation skills that will allow you to present with ease.
  • Being conscientious and being able to work independently, keep your deadlines and communicate clearly.
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1) and Polish.
