About inStreamly:

inStreamly creates the media mix of the metaverse. Bringing brands into the metaverse in the most native and human way – through creators. Our goal is to allow creators of all sizes to earn while enabling brands to reach audiences in a meaningful way.

Meet your Team:

You will be a one-man army and your direct supervisor will be Wiktoria Wójcik – one of the inStreamly cofounders. Every day, you will have a chance to work closely with different people and teams to implement creative ideas.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas, taking ownership from concept to execution.
  • Develop marketing materials with a strong emphasis on copywriting, with ability to do it on your own and managing outsourcing it.
  • Manage and maintain the company's presence and public image. Including PR, social media, lead generation campagins and any non-standard ideas you have.
  • Publish case studies, newsletters and articles for the company website (approx. one article every two weeks).
  • Create social media posts, including simple graphics using templates.
  • Work closely with founders on building company image.
  • Gather analytics and report on the outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Provide marketing support to the Streamer Success team.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in marketing/journalism/creative work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and push things forward.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
  • Ability to learn fast and solve problems as they appear.
  • Openness to use AI to write, iterate and improve your work.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, simple video editing tools is nice to have.
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2) and Polish.
