The most significant part of inStreamly are the people. We take great pride in our teams and employees. We know that the recruitment process can be very difficult and stressful for candidates, but we want to make it as efficient and comfortable as possible.

That’s why our incredible HR team created a highly personalised approach for you to assess whether the position you’re looking for is the right fit for you. To make the process go more smoothly, we’ve put together some pointers that will help you get the most out of this opportunity.

Who Are We Looking For?

Before applying, take a few moments to sit down and think about your soft skills and strengths. If you lack some hard skills, don’t worry! We can always teach you. Ultimately, the best work is the work you are passionate about!

We don’t just want skilled people for our teams. We want your unique personality and experience to help us build an amazing community. So don’t be afraid to talk to us about your hobbies, plans for the future, or share your thoughts about work culture. That’s what truly counts!

The inStreamly Recruitment Process

As mentioned before, our inStreamly recruitment process is highly individualised. However, we want to make the experience as clear as it can be for you, so we prepared this short guide to help you get through the process. So what does it look like, you ask?

  1. Apply – if you decide to start your adventure with us, the first step is to apply for an open position you can find here.
  2. First meeting – we check out your CV and it intrigues us. So now, we decide to schedule an interview using Google Meets.
  3. Follow-ups – now, the whole company wants to get to know you better. So we schedule follow-up interviews, technical or professional assessments. The number can vary depending on the position.
  4. Proposition – Congratulations and welcome in inStreamly! We can’t wait to start working with you!

We understand that it may appear stressful at first, but don’t worry! We are all human beings, therefore we understand how difficult it may be. Most assessments and interviews have flexible dates, so if you have some difficult period, all you need to do is chat to your recruiter and choose a new date.

Meet Our Team

Our company is built on some particular values and we want everyone to feel like they belong. That’s why it is so important for new employees to get to know everyone. We would like you to feel comfortable and see that above everything else – we are still just a bunch of passionate geeks.

FAQ

Do I Need to Be a Gamer?

For many potential employees, the most confusing part is our connection with gaming. So, before you ask, yes, most of us love gaming. We are a community of gamers and streamers for the most part. However, not all of us. You don’t have to play games or stream to work with us.

Jan, our current Campaign Management Team Manager can vouch for it. When he started working in inStreamly in 2019 his knowledge about gaming was actually non-existent.

But then, he first-handedly could observe phenomena like the rise of Valorant or the fall of the Mixer. Some time after he was given the opportunity to edit his own newsletter as part of inStreamly and the initial curiosity has evolved into a full hype.

So, as you can see, gaming can be really contagious!

Do You Have a Dress Code?

No. In inStreamly we believe that a casual work environment is far more important than a formal look. We want all of our employees to feel like a community. However, you still have to remember that it would be smart to look at least presentable. We already had some cases of beach-vibe calls, but normally we prefer to see our teammates wearing nerdy t-shirts!

Do You Have Any Tips?

Klaudia, inStreamly Research Recruiter:

It is always better to see people on camera than talk to avatars. Then, we both can feel more freely and see our emotions. It is much easier to find the right words when you see the face of your interviewee. The process will also be much more comfortable if the interviewee knows about inStreamly’s work. While being a gamer is not a “must have,” knowing what we do is necessary. It shows that you are serious about work and you have motivation for it. Then, we can both talk with each other and I can answer all questions to determine if the position is actually suited for the candidate.

Gosia, Operations Business Partner:

Honesty is the cornerstone of the inStreamly recruitment process. It’s best for candidates to speak openly about their interests, hobbies, and job preferences. Only then can we suit you to the best open position we have. We already had situations where people were recruiting for one position but we found out that they are better suited for another one. It is also good to prepare some questions beforehand, so we can clear up any misunderstandings.

Writing is something that I really connect to. I love coming up with new ideas and creating stories. In private, I spend an embarrassing amount of time reading fanfics (yes, you read that right), feeding my brain with stories I can take inspiration from while cuddling my two cats.
